Walks with Pablo is run by Pablo's LTD, a dog walking and training business based in Worcester, UK. We are the data controller for the details described here. To get in touch about your data, email walkswithpablo@gmail.com.

When you pre-register, we store what you type into the form:

• your name and email address
• your mobile number and your town or city, if you give them
• your dog's name and breed, if you give them

To stop the form being abused, we also keep a scrambled, one-way record of the internet address each sign-up came from. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it is deleted after 24 hours.

We use your details for one purpose: to tell you when video calls with Gareth and the Pablo's app are available, and to send you the launch discount we promised. Knowing your location and your dog helps us plan the service around the people waiting for it.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your details.

We do not sell your details or pass them to advertisers. They are handled by the services that run this site:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Neon, which hosts the database, in a data centre in London
• Postmark, which emails Pablo's LTD to say a new sign-up has arrived
• Google Analytics, which counts visits to the site, but only if you accept analytics cookies

Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where data is processed abroad, it is covered by their standard contractual safeguards.

We keep pre-registration details until 12 months after the service launches, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies from Google are only set if you accept them on the cookie banner; the cookie policy has the details and lets you change your mind.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your details
